Historic building records to satisfy conditions of listed building consent. Lancashire, Cumbria and Northwest.

The requirement for historic building records are often attached as pre-commencement conditions of grants of listed building consent and planning permission.

Such records require recording the building in photographic, drawn and written form in line with Historic England guidance, prior to the alteration works going ahead.
