Historic Building Records
Historic building records to satisfy conditions of listed building consent. Lancashire, Cumbria and Northwest.
Historic building recording is often required as a condition of listed building consent or planning permission before alteration, conversion or demolition works of a historic building can begin. Local planning authorities commonly request a record of the building to ensure its historic significance is documented before any changes take place.
We provide historic building recording services across Lancashire, Cumbria and the North West. Our reports are prepared in accordance with Historic England guidance and are tailored to the level of recording required by the local authority.
A selection of our reports can be found here.
